How To Book:

Bookings can be made via this website or via email.Once a safari itinerary and details have been agreed to and the agent has advised that the safari will be proceeding, Classic Zambia Safaris will provisionally hold all the relevant bookings and services required. Safaris can be held provisionally for up to 10 working days (if a longer deadline is required, please inform us and we will liaise with you to extend the booking expiry dates where possible).

To confirm a provisional safari, we require written confirmation from the agent. Receipt of written confirmation construes acceptance by the agent of the terms and conditions below (and the possible requirement of a deposit payment as per individual agreement) and the cancellation policy will be enforced as applicable in the event ofcancellations that occur. This agreement is made subject to and is governed by Zambian law.

 

Full payment for the safari must be received by Classic Zambia Safaris no later than 30 days prior to the safari commencement date. For safaris booked less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full cost must be paid immediately. Classic Zambia Safaris will send the relevant invoice for this payment to the agent before the monies are due. Classic Zambia Safaris reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any reservation for which the required payment has not been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of a booking must be done in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification, after which the following maximum cancellation charges will apply dependent on  circumstances involved:

 

•       At time of booking confirmation – 20% of safari price

•       90 to 61 days’ notice – 50% of safari price

•       60 to 31 days’ notice – 75% of safari price

•       30 days and less notice – 100% of safari price

 

No refund will be made should a guest fail to join a safari or delay their expected arrival or leave prior to the completion of the safari. Under normal circumstances all these eventualities should be covered by the guest’s personal travel insurance.

The decision of the safari guide will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and wellbeing of the group
